THE FARMHOUSE
Overlooking the valley surrounded by vineyards and olive trees... the scents of the land and its fruits.
Arranged on 3 levels, on the ground floor there is the living room and a large equipped kitchen available to guests, on the first floor the Salvia room and a large bathroom, on the second floor the Rosmarino and Basilico rooms and a service bathroom.
All rooms are air-conditioned. Outside the farmhouse, in addition to the adjacent parking, there is an area furnished with armchairs and tables available. Self check-in available

The Living Room
Terracotta floors and exposed beam ceilings, a fireplace for autumn and winter evenings.
Library stocked with titles for adults and children as well as board games available to guests.
The Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen, with dishes, crockery, and cutlery; an oven and a hob for cooking inside the farmhouse. A large table in the center that can accommodate up to 10 people.
Available to guests in the kitchen is an espresso coffee machine with aluminum capsules, a kettle with a selection of teas and herbal teas, as well as still and sparkling water.
The First Floor
Going up to the first floor by a wooden staircase, you reach a hallway where the "SALVIA" room and the large family bathroom are located
The Sage Room
The large SALVIA room of about 25 sqm with parquet flooring consists of a double bed with memory foam mattress certified Oeko-Tex and double pillows, a desk with a chair and a wardrobe, there is also a second additional bed that can be transformed into a double bed. It has summer-winter air conditioning.
The Salvia room can accommodate up to 4 guests plus a crib.
The Family Bathroom
In front of the Salvia Room is the large family bathroom, very large like the bathrooms of the past, with a bathtub and a shower
The Second Floor
Climbing the wooden stairs again, we reach the second floor where the large Basilico room, the Rosmarino room, and the service bathroom are located.
Basilico Room
The Basilico room of about 20 sqm with parquet flooring consists of a double bed with memory foam mattress certified Oeko-Tex and double pillows, a desk with a chair and a wardrobe, there is also a second additional bed that can be transformed into a double. It has summer-winter air conditioning. The Basilico room can accommodate up to 4 guests plus a crib.
Rosemary Room
The Rosmarino room is the last room of our farmhouse, also with parquet flooring it consists of a double bed with a memory mattress certified Oeko-Tex and double pillows, a desk with a chair and a wardrobe. It has summer-winter air conditioning. The Basilico room can accommodate up to 2 guests plus a crib.
The Exterior
The Casale has a parking lot attached to the property and an outdoor area equipped with armchairs and tables. Another adjacent outdoor area with a wood oven is being renovated... stay in touch...
